Any actual engagement of GOODSHOT's social media marketing, content, influencer, or Meta advertising services is separately governed by a signed service agreement or proposal between GOODSHOT and the client, the terms of which will take precedence over this page for that engagement.

This Site is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 or older who are exploring or engaging GOODSHOT's services. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the GOODSHOT name and mark, photography, video reels, layouts, and design — is owned by or licensed to GOODSHOT and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Portfolio work shown on this Site may also be owned by, or created on behalf of, our respective clients and is shown here for demonstrative purposes only.

You may view and share pages of this Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Performance figures, growth numbers, ROAS, and other results referenced on this Site (including in case studies and testimonials) reflect outcomes achieved for specific clients under specific conditions. Past results do not guarantee or predict future performance for any other business, as social media and advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, budget, and the client's own product, pricing, and operations.
